Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Zyka of Gurgaon (“ZOG”, “we”, “us”) does with information collected through this website, zykaofgurgaon.com. We are based in Gurugram, Haryana, India.

It covers this marketing website only. Our ordering app is a separate product with its own handling of guest and order data, and placing an order there is not covered by this page.

We do not ask you to create an account here, and there is nothing to log into. There are exactly two places on this site where you can hand us information, and both are things you type on purpose.

The contact and partner form

When you submit it, we receive the fields you filled in:

• Name and email address— required. We check that the name is at least two characters and that the email looks like an email.
• Message— required, and must be at least ten characters.
• Company, phone number, service you’re interested in and budget— all optional. If you leave one blank, we store nothing in its place.

We also record the time we received it. We do not add anything else, and we do not buy or append data about you from anywhere else.

The newsletter form

Your email address. That is the only field, and it is the only thing we get.

Your IP address

When you submit the contact form, our server reads the IP address the request arrived from so it can count recent submissions and stop a bot hammering the form. See rate limiting below for exactly what happens to it.

We use what you send us to reply to you, and for nothing else. A contact form submission is a sales conversation you started; a newsletter signup is permission to email you about ZOG.

We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, trade it, or hand it to advertisers or data brokers.

We will not add you to our newsletter because you used the contact form. Those are two separate choices and we keep them separate.

Our contact endpoint allows a limited number of submissions from the same IP address within a short rolling window. Past that, it returns an error and asks you to wait a moment.

This counter lives in the memory of the server process. It is not a database, it is not written to disk, and it holds nothing but a count and an expiry time against the address. It clears itself when the window passes, and the whole thing is wiped every time the site is redeployed or the process restarts.

We do not use your IP address to profile you, track you between visits, or work out where you are.

Being straight with you about the current state of things: submissions are written to our server logs and are not yet stored in a database or connected to a CRM or mailing list. They reach us through our hosting provider’s runtime logs, which expire on that provider’s own retention schedule.

The practical consequence for a newsletter signup is that you are not on a list yet, because there is no list yet. When we connect a real mailing platform, every email we send will carry a one-click unsubscribe.

When we do connect a database, CRM or email platform, we will update this page and name what changed. We keep enquiry details only as long as we need them for the conversation you started and our own business records.

This site sets no cookies of its own. There is no advertising pixel, no retargeting tag, and no third-party tracker embedded in these pages.

The site can load Google Analytics, but only when a measurement ID is configured in our environment. If that ID is not set, the analytics script is never added to the page and no request is made to Google at all. When it is set, Google Analytics collects usage data (such as pages viewed, approximate location, and device and browser information) under Google’s own privacy policy, and it may set cookies in your browser.

Our fonts are served from our own domain rather than fetched from a third party, so simply reading this page does not announce your visit to anyone else.

If you follow a link from this site — to WhatsApp, to our ordering app, or to a social profile — you are on someone else’s property and their privacy terms apply, not ours.

Write to us at hello@zykaofgurgaon.com and you can ask us to:

• tell you what we hold about you;
• correct it if it’s wrong;
• delete it;
• stop emailing you.

Use the same address you contacted us from, or tell us enough to find you, otherwise we have no way to know whose data is whose. We aim to reply within a reasonable time, and we will not charge you for asking.

You can also refuse analytics at your end — browser settings, tracking protection, or an ad blocker will all stop the script above from loading.

This is a business website aimed at hotels, restaurants, delivery partners and business owners. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us something, tell us and we will delete it.

The site is served over HTTPS, and submissions travel encrypted. Access to our logs is limited to the people who run the site.

We will not pretend to more than that. No site can promise perfect security, and this page is not the place to claim certifications we do not hold. Please do not send us passwords, card numbers, or identity documents through the contact form — it is not built for that.

This policy is governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Gurugram, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from it.

When we change how any of this works — particularly when leads and subscribers start landing somewhere durable — we will update this page and move the “last updated” date at the top. This version is dated 16 July 2026.
