Terms of Service

Short version: this site tells you about ZOG — you can't order food or sign up here. Be honest with our forms, don't copy the site, and anything commercial between us lives in a signed agreement, not on a web page.

Template — not yet reviewed

This document is a working template. It was drafted to describe what our software actually does, but it has not been reviewed by a qualified lawyer and it is not legal advice. It must be reviewed and approved by a licensed advocate before launch. Until then, treat it as a description of our intentions rather than a binding legal instrument.

Agreement to these terms

These terms govern your use of zykaofgurgaon.com, the marketing website of Zyka of Gurgaon (“ZOG”, “we”, “us”). By browsing this site or sending us a message through it, you accept them. If you do not, please don’t use the site.

You must be able to form a binding contract to use this site. If you are here on behalf of a hotel, restaurant or other business, you confirm you are authorised to act for it.

What this site is — and what it isn’t

This is an informational website. You cannot order food here, pay here, or sign up for the platform here. The pages describe our product and invite you to start a conversation.

  • Ordering food happens in our separate web app at app.zykaofgurgaon.com, which has its own terms presented at the point of order. Nothing on this site is an offer to supply food or delivery to you.
  • Becoming a partnerhappens through a separate written agreement between us and your business. Descriptions, pricing indications and revenue-share figures on this site are an invitation to discuss terms — they are not an offer capable of acceptance, and they do not bind either of us until that agreement is signed.

Where this site and a signed agreement disagree, the signed agreement wins.

Accuracy of what you read here

We work hard to keep this site honest and current, and we describe features that exist rather than features we hope to build. Anything not yet shipped is marked as such and is not a promise or a commitment to any timeline.

Even so, product changes and pages fall behind. We do not warrant that every page is complete, current or error-free, and we may change the product, the pricing approach or the content of this site at any time without notice. Screenshots and interface mockups are illustrative; any figures shown inside them are examples, not results you should expect.

Acceptable use

The site is here to be read and to be written to, honestly. Please don’t:

  • submit our forms with someone else’s details, a false identity, or a contact you have no right to give us;
  • use the forms to send spam, advertising, chain messages or anything unlawful, abusive or defamatory;
  • automate submissions, or try to get around the rate limit on our contact endpoint (see our Privacy Policy for what that limit does);
  • probe, scan, overload or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its APIs or the infrastructure behind it;
  • scrape or systematically harvest the site, or use it to train a model, without our written permission;
  • upload anything malicious, or attempt to interfere with anyone else’s use of the site.

We may block access if you do any of these, and we don’t have to warn you first.

What you send us

You keep ownership of what you send through our forms. You give us permission to read it, store it and use it to respond to you and to run our business, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Please don’t send us confidential information through the contact form — it is not a secure channel and no confidentiality obligation attaches to an unsolicited message. If you send us an idea, suggestion or feature request, we are free to use it without owing you anything for it.

Never send passwords, card numbers, bank details or identity documents through this site. We will never ask you for them here.

Intellectual property

The ZOG name, the Zyka of Gurgaon name, our logo, and the design, text, graphics and code of this site belong to us or our licensors, and are protected by Indian and international intellectual property law.

You may read the site, and share links to it. You may not copy, republish, resell or create derivative works from its content, or use our name or logo, without our written permission. Any third-party names mentioned on the site belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe interoperability — their appearance implies no endorsement in either direction.

Availability

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no promise that it will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free, and we may suspend, withdraw or restrict all or part of it — for maintenance or for any other reason — without notice. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties not expressly stated here.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data, arising out of your use of this site or your reliance on anything published on it.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Indian law — including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

This section is about the website. Our responsibilities to you as a partner, if you become one, are set out in the agreement we sign with you.

Indemnity

If your misuse of this site — or your breach of these terms — causes a claim against us, you agree to cover the reasonable costs and losses we incur from it.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Gurugram, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction. We operate from Gurugram, Haryana, India and we make no claim that the site is appropriate or available for use anywhere else.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product and this site change. The current version always lives at this address, and the “last updated” date at the top tells you when it changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. This version is dated 16 July 2026.
